Our role
Shypwell acts as a freight forwarding intermediary, arranging transportation and related services with carriers and operational partners on your behalf. We are not the carrier of your goods unless expressly stated in writing.
Quotes & estimates
Quotes and transit times provided through this site or by our team are estimates based on the information you supply. They are not binding and remain subject to carrier confirmation, space availability, accurate cargo details, applicable surcharges, duties, and taxes. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before booking.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete shipment information.
- Ensure goods are lawful to ship and properly described, packed, and documented.
- Comply with all applicable export, import, and customs regulations.
Service terms
Services are provided subject to the standard trading conditions and the terms of the underlying carriers and partners, which apply to each shipment. Liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in those conditions and applicable law.
Website use & intellectual property
The Shypwell name, logo, content, and design are our property and may not be used without permission. You agree not to misuse the site.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shypwell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
